What to Have Ready When You Call

You should have a list of the pieces, or photos of them, and where each one sits in the home, which lets us give you an estimate on the call.

The details that speed up an estimate are these four:

Photos of the pieces Or a quick list. Say which couch is a sleeper sofa or a sectional, since a sleeper's steel frame and a sectional's separate pieces change the lift.
The room or floor An upstairs bedroom, a back room, the garage or already out at the curb. Where it sits sets how much carrying the job takes.
Stairs or elevator A flight of stairs, a tight turn or a building elevator tells us how the piece comes out and whether it needs taking apart first.
Preferred day Tell us the day that suits you and we set the time on the same call.
